AJW Construction has a long and successful history working on live building sites. The complete refurbishment of the Harris Farm Markets' St Ives store involved a 6-month staged building program across basement and services works, storage, shopfront, and a new level of retail. The development of the group’s new format retail model features a butcher, baker, fish shop, deli, fruit and vegetable marketplace and flower shop, and involved all joinery elements. The project also required the detailed coordination of all services to meet the many compliance issues.
