Working with long-time retail client Harris Farm Markets, the new Lindfield store presented a brand new site at the ground level of the recently completed Lindfield Village apartments. The blank canvas interior allowed for the development of the group’s new format retail model featuring a butcher, baker, fish shop, deli, fruit and vegetable marketplace and flower shop, and involved all joinery elements. The project involved three floors, with street level retail and two basement levels for parking, storage and amenities. The AJW Construction team was responsible for the project management and fit-out of all of the retail spaces, services and storage areas across the 4 million dollar project.
